Historic Lincoln Theater Housing is a 4 story 60-unit multi-family housing development in South Los Angeles. The development includes 50% permanent supportive housing for homeless youth and homeless families and 50% affordable units. Project also includes approximately 7,300 sf of ground floor commercial along Central Avenue.

CRCD will provide comprehensive mental health treatment. This includes individual client care/coordination planning (CCCP), mental health services, independent living training, medication services, social/recreational activities, legal services, and physical healthcare.

The project is located on Central Avenue, a major public transportation corridor and near several retail and restaurant locations, as well as being just minutes from Downtown Los Angeles.

The overall design of the project was inspired from the adjacent Historic Lincoln Theater’s Moorish architectural features.
