Marcella Gardens is a 4 story 52-unit multi-family rental affordable housing development in South Los Angeles. Up to 50% of the units will be set-aside for permanent supportive housing for homeless youth and homeless families.

CRCD will provide comprehensive mental health treatment. This includes individual client care/coordination planning (CCCP), mental health services, independent living training, medication services, social/recreational activities, legal services, and physical healthcare.

The project is located along a major public transportation corridor and near several retail and restaurant locations, as well as being just minutes from Downtown Los Angeles and USC. The property is approximately 79,000 sq. ft and lies within the Los Angeles City Council District 9 and Los Angeles County Second Supervisorial District. Amenities include a community room and a large open space.
