Ruth Teague, a sister development of Marcella Gardens, is a 5 story 60-unit multi-family rental affordable housing development in South Los Angeles. This development also includes up to 50% of the units will be set-aside for permanent supportive housing for homeless youth and homeless families.

CRCD will provide comprehensive mental health treatment for both Ruth Teague and Marcella Gardens. The amenities include a large recreational pool, community room, exercise room that will be shared with Marcella Gardens as one total development.
